"We have been renting condos at tradewinds for over 20 years and this was the biggest disappointment."

The facilities was under construction so it limited us as to what we could do. I have requested compensation twice regarding this but have not had a reply even though they originally told me they would give us a discount. We could not go to the pool, Cook out or even sit out on the patio due to the noise and the dust in the air from splitting bricks.
