House was very clean and comfortable. Everything went well with our stay. Easy walk downtown to stores and restaurants. Street parking was convenient.

"Lovely loft in downtown Moab"

Great space and perfect set up for a group of 4 people. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, a couple blocks from Main Street so very quiet, but still walkable to everything in town.

Hot tub was out of service which is disappointing considering this was one of the main reasons we booked this place. Also, we would have appreciated more blankets. The comforters are very thin.

"Great stay! Close to town and Arches, The owner clearly pays attention to details!"

Good location- easy walk to town. 10 minutes from Arches. The unit ( purple sage 6) was clean, kitchen was well stocked. Attention to detail was appreciated. Laundry a few steps from unit- they even provided laundry pods. Would stay again!!

Wonderful location, amenities, and vibe. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Moab!

The room had a bit of an unpleasant smell upon entering the first time. Luckily it was aired out after opening all of the windows.
