Park & Avenue

The flat is very clean and spacious, with large rooms and very high ceilings. It is close to the city center and connected by public transportation, which we didn't use, because we chose to take a walk to the center (about 25 minutes). The communication with the owner was very good. We will come back. For those that come by car, it is important to know that you cannot park in Budapest for more than 3 hours, but fortunately, the owner indicated us a decent priced car parking (on Rottenbiller street -3000 huf/24hours) which we used.

The flat is located in a beautiful, but old building, with the advantage that the windows open to an interior courtyard, not to the street, which made it very quiet, and we were able to rest after long walks.

Good location, close to the center, transport nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean. Everything corresponds to what is stated in the description. It is convenient that hot water is constantly running, there is a gas boiler. The hostess is pleasant to talk to, it is easy to get into the apartment according to the instructions.

From personal preferences - for our family there is not enough light in the apartment. Almost no natural light, very little artificial light.

Wow, it was cosy, clean, and in a great location. The price was very reasonable. The owner was amazing, let us check in early (9am). Sent us all the codes, etc, what we needed. Will definitely be going back and will only want to stay here.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Instructions to access the property were very clear and detailed with pictures. It was larger than expected, clean and tidy. Nice coffee machine. Location was excellent, only a few minutes away from the boulevard.

Kitchen stove could be better but it was fine for my use.

I really liked the accommodation. The location is convenient. Close to the train station and metro. The city's attractions are within walking distance. The apartments are spacious. Pleased with the attention to detail and cleanliness
