GBThere were many aspects of the property that I really enjoyed during my stay. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. The room was spacious, and the large bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Daily cleaning was carried out to a good standard, keeping everything tidy throughout the stay. I also appreciated the bike rental service, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The swimming area was enjoyable and a nice place to relax. The balcony was another highlight, offering lovely views and a peaceful spot to unwind. Overall, the room size and comfort added a lot to the experience.
During my stay, there were a few aspects of the property that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. The balcony table was quite unstable and felt as though it could break at any moment, which made it uncomfortable to use. In the bathroom, the shampoo dispenser was broken, and the shower (large fountain style) sprayed water in all directions, making the bathroom wet and difficult to keep tidy. Installing a glass or Perspex screen would greatly help contain the water. The minibar and snacks were not refilled after use, which was disappointing for a property of this standard. At the swimming area, some background music would help create a more relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant also felt a bit uninviting and does not reflect a true dining experience in its current setup. The breakfast all is clearly cooked before 06:30 and stays there until the end. The items that should be cold, are very hot and unpleasant to eat. Finally, the rooftop offers incredible views, but it appears to be unused, which feels like a missed opportunity for such a great space. Overall, the property has strong potential, but these improvements would significantly enhance the guest experience.
