Cómodo y lujoso apartamento frente a Macroplaza

The host was wonderful with everything. He was very informative and provided detailed information and instructions for an easy stay. The apartment is centrally located around plenty of restaurants, museums, and bars. The facility is beautiful and the pool did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

I wish we could have been provided with more towels.

This was my 3rd stay this year at this same unit. I love the fact that Eduardo, the owner, is so attentive and always willing to help or answer any of my questions promptly. This unit is located in the heart of downtown Monterrey. Is located on the 23rd floor of a recent build high tower. Walking distance to the building tower you will find restaurants, convenience stores, the popular Mercado Juarez and the Iconic landmark Macroplaza. The Apartment is furnished with everything you need in the kitchen with utensils, plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans, new model stove, microwave, coffee maker, jar with plenty coffee and one with sugar. Unit also has a wonderful view facing the Iconic Cerro de La Silla( Horse Chair Mountain). The building has front office staff at the lobby, that does not allowed anyone to pass the elevators if they don't belong there. They also have security staff that patrols the premises at all times I will definitely stay here again every time that I come to visit Monterrey.

Everything was Amazing

Excellent Location in a beautiful building! Very clean with an amazing view. Stores, restaurants and attractions nearby.

This is my second stay here this year. We love the location of the place in the heart of downtown Monterrey. Is walking distance to tourist attractions like the Macro Plaza, Mercado Juarez, Paseo Santa Lucia to mention just some. I traveled with my elder parents and we all enjoyed the stay here. We will definitely come back here when we come to visit Monterrey. Eduardo the owner make us feel like home, and he is always available when needed. Very Clean and Spacious Department.

Everything was Exceptional, just one thing that might be out of the owners control. There was one day that they were dong maintenance to another unit nearby, and the noise was so loud and it was kind of late for this to be happening at a big complex of apartments. It was passed 7:00 pm and this was taking place, which I personally think that it is kind of late. Especially if you are trying to eat your dinner, or even just rest. Again this is a minor Hiccup that owner might not have control over it.

Location is great, very clean and great customer service.

The building is located in the heart of Downtown Mty. Only about 4 blocks from Mercado Juarez, where you can buy souvenirs, Mexican candy, lots of restaurants to eat, and they even have place where you can exchange dollars for pesos. Building is located few blocks away from the Macro Plaza and also few blocks away from La Zona Rosa. A few more blocks further is located the famous Barrio Antiguo, where most of the night events happen here like clubs, Lounges, and bars. The building has 34 floors and it does have garage parking available. On the lower floors it has a Gym, Swimming Pool, BBQ area, kind of like a Members Club. It has people in the front desk that will not allowed authorize personal to pass the elevators. This was something that I loved about it. Eduardo, the owner, asked for my picture ID and of the Family members that traveled with me. He than gave me a QR codes for each member so that I could show upon my arrival to the front desk. Another thing that Amazed me was that the kitchen was fully equipped whit everything that you will need in case that you would like to cook, from pan and pots, silverware, coffee cups, bowls, plates, blender, coffee pot, hot tea bags, etc...Many more items that come handy and that the owner had available for us to use.

The drainage on the showers was not the best. It took a while for the water to go down the drain whole, causing the shower to be fool of water in the floor once we were finished showering. I do want to point out that I made owner aware of situation and he was willing to send someone to fix it, but told him that was not necessary since we were out visiting relatives and we were gong to be out for a while.
