We really enjoyed our trip. The property was soooo nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The property had all the supplies we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. It was an awesome experience

The only thing I would change is the access to the guest bath upstairs so all 3 rooms would have access during the night. We ended up sharing master bathroom with our guests in the bunk room because the other bath was a Jack and Jill .

The home was beautiful and the neighbors who walked their dogs were very kind. I couldn't remember where the golf cart key was kept and had to call the rental company. Derrick was on the line within 2 minutes with an answer. He also asked about my family and if we were pleased with the accommodations. He was very kind! I would recommend the golf cart. It was worth every penny as the private dock was a bit of a walk. THE DOCK WAS SPECTACULAR!!! *Remember to wet the slide before you use it, lol. We plan to come back next year!

Peaceful neighborhood, clean house, perfect play space at the dock and lots of amenities, including a deer family tenderly caring for the tiniest fawn 😀

It’s a little pricey for the stay ($1250 for ALMOST 2 days plus another $175 for the extremely minimal use of the golf cart which is less amenity than necessity there but wonderful to have available for the location).
