Hotel Najaf Palace 200 Mtrs from Dargah

The staffs are amazing! Hotel manager, Shariff and especially Wasim (what a nice, honest guy!) really went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay in the hotel. He helped us to arrange for transports, get things etc. I booked 2 rooms for my family - they're clean & nice, and the hotel feels very safe! Btw car couldn't get in the hotel as it was just next to the dargah. Having said that, it's very near the drop off point and the hotel staffs came and helped us to carry all the luggages to the hotel. I almost changed hotel but so happy that we chose to stay despite having a lot of luggages + twin babies on a double stroller.

I loved my stay with this hotel. Service was impeccable, staff were very polite and helpful. You will notice exceptional hospitality from the moment you step in right to the moment you step out of here. The quality of the room provided was great and was tidy and the food was good as well.

The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help, specially visiting Ajmer for the first time with family I felt very safe and secure at the hotel, the hotel is clean is staff are happy to help, would definitely recommend

The staff are very nice and helpful. They offered us drinks each and every time we entered the property after we came back from exploring the city which exceeded our expectation. The smart tv in the room is also a strong plus point for a budget hotel like this. Above all we are happy with the cleanliness of the room, the shower room and the comforfable bed. Thank you to all the staff and the mabagement team who i think are very professional in their job. I dont remember all their names. The one that I do remember is wasim. To the owner of the hotel who we met during his visit to the hotel, you should be proud of your team!!
