L'emplacement géographique et le confort du lit.

A l'arrivée problème d'ouverture de la porte. j'ai envoyer des messages à l’hôte qui ne ma jamais répondu. Aucune fenêtres dans l’appartement, juste la porte d'entrée qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir vu qu'elle donne directement sur la rue. Une autre porte vitrée coté cuisine qui donne sur un soi-disant patio 1m², garni de la clim et d'une bouche d'égout d'où émane des odeurs nauséabondes. Traces d'humidité sur les murs et pommeau de douche pas adapté

Good location with a fast Wi-Fi, but that's pretty much all we liked.

The apartment is at the street level, it is quite noisy and uncomfortable to stay in. The door keypad is very old and does not work reliably. We had trouble to check-in and lost about 2 hours because of that, and afterwards each time we needed to enter the apartment with the code we had to try it several times to unlock the door and each time we very worried that we could be locked out of the apartment and left on the street at night. The host operating the property is not the owner and can not do anything to help with that. The front door knob is also very flimsy. The showerhead is broken and works very poorly. The water heater is very small (just 50L) even for 1 person to take a decent shower. The AC unit in the room leaks and there is mold forming on the wall below, as well as there is moisture spots on some of the walls with the paint pealing. There is not a single window anywhere in the apartment, except a glass door in the kitchen leading to a very small "patio". Opening this door brings in very bad smell in the kitchen from the big drain located outside, and one can see a cockroach there too. There is no natural light in the apartment. The only way to bring in some natural light and some fresh air is to open the 2 small wood covers on the front door, but upon doing so you get all the heavy noise from the street traffic and the passers by can look directly into your room, so there is no privacy at all. The apartment has overall very weak security as the door code is known by all cleaners and maybe never changed after each guest. The front door can be very easily broken into via the wood covers (see pics) and the front door knob itself can be easily dismantled from the street with a simple screwdriver as the 4 mounting bolts are facing the street.

Nella casa non ci sono finestre.

Property was comfortable, close to attractions and has a well stocked kitchen.

Communication with the host is a little bit challenging at times. There isn't much access to the outside world once you're inside (no windows aside from small ones in the door and the patio surrounded by your neighbors).

El lugar y las caracteristicas del propio apartamento era amplio y con todo lo necesario.

Cuando entramos a la hora del chekin aun estaba sucio y tuvimos que llamar al propietario para que acudiera a limpiarlo. Tras esto quedo bien pero no cambio las claves de acceso y tuvimos problemas con otros viajeros que sabian la clave de acceso, no dormimos tranquilos puesto que 2 parejas de viajeros mas intentaron acceder al apartamento porque conocian la clave de acceso. El propietario deberia de cambiar las claves por cada cliente porque sino ocurren cosas como esta.

Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Useful kitchen and washing machine.

It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep here unfortunately, due to the constant noise from traffic and upstairs neighbours. Could hear absolutely everything all night long
