I loved the location, it was peaceful and therapeutic. The sounds of the river, the chirping of the birds, down to the simulated croaks, created a safe haven far from the busyness of the city. I love the little nooks in the room created for (re)connection. The dinner and breakfast was also really really good, everything was cooked with a lot of care.

We did not have warm water and had to shower in very cold water in the night. Messaged the property at night but did not receive a response.

SUPER ZEN - The room was amazing! the onsen outside superb! loved the little details of the animals hidden in several locations, the little figurines. The room had everything you needed to stay comfy. Amazing they had a dryer and washer that come super handy! We had for dinner the shabu shabu and we loved it! All employees super friendly even when we struggle with the language they always made an effort! They can make this stay even better if they want! Up level your breakfast to match the rest of this amazing hotel!

It would be lovely if they can arrange pick ups from Chiang Mai. Help coordinate it. You hotel is amazing BUT the breakfast needs to have more options or at least a full plate. For the price you pay per the room the breakfast deserved to be a little more than 2 eggs, 2 sausage and 2 pieces of bread. Also if you go with the traditional breakfast is a small soup with almost no meat. If you want a second cafe you need to pay for it.. and its not cheap. Why cut short on what can really impress a guest?
