IN1. Hotel is at an excellent location All temples are close to it. Like Prem Mandir, Banke Bihari 2. Rooms are neat and clean. 3. Staff is very polite and respectful. 4. Nearby one small shop is there , Krishna confectionary there oje can good really yum snacks.

I booked the room via booking.com and did the advance payment and hotel confirmed the booking. When I reached to the hotel they denied the booking and forced me to out of the hotel with little kids and family saying that we had a confusion with the same name and we have allotted the room to different person with the same name. When I forced they gave me another option after paying additional amount and the room of another hotel were too smelly, not cleaned. I did not had another choice accepting their offer. My family were like tortured and we felt really cheated.

INAfter seeing the location and suroundings we 10 members didn't check in at all. It was like a slum feeling. They were very rude. We moved to another accommodation. It is not worth for a family to stay, Hope you remove this type of property from your website. Please don't suggest this property to any. After booking from your site, they immediately requested to pay amount as advance. We paid 3000 advance amount as requested by them. That amount they didn't give refund.
