Half way between city centre and new Everton ground . 15-20 walk in to city centre. Convenience shop on site and another one, restaurants and take away nearby

There is an area down the road where the homeless congregate but wouldn’t stop us staying there again

The flat was spacious, lovely and clean well decorated, with a very hot shower perfect for a hangover.

Bed could have been more comfortable, the towels of better quality, and the single bed is a spare not a proper single as suggested in the blurp.
