Absolutely everything was perfect! The location is ideal — close to the city center, park, lake, and restaurants. A new, modern building with electronic locks. Only residents are allowed on the premises. Each apartment has its own parking space. There is a separate spot with a charging station for electric vehicles. The building has an elevator. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer available for all residents. The apartment owners paid attention to every detail in organizing the space and designing the interiors. Every household appliance has printed instructions, which is very convenient for any tourist! The apartment itself has all the amenities: a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and waste sorting bins. The tap water is drinkable — clean and soft. High-quality toiletries are provided in the showers. In our case, each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is incredibly convenient for a group of four people. An amazing mountain view from the terrace. Exceptionally comfortable mattresses and pillows in the bedrooms — special thanks to the owners for that!!! Communication with the owner was quick, easy, and friendly!!! We already dream of coming back and relaxing in these wonderful apartments again!

This is just a personal suggestion, not a drawback — to install mosquito screens on the windows)))

Fabulous, well equipped apartment in a great location in central Riva. Very clean, friendly and helpful service from those managing the apartment. The only thing I would point out is that it wasn't obvious which apartment was ours when we entered the block. Information was provided about access with the entry code etc but internally the doors are not numbered. Ended up trying the code on a couple of doors before finding the right one... Once inside, very happy indeed!
