Luxury City Centre Loft in Budapest (1)

The apartment Booked and paid was switch with another apartment, lower than what we have paid. The apartment wasn't clean very well, în The fridge bread crumbs were left inside The bathroom door could not be closed. The entrance door could not be closed from outside Cold air was coming în from outside and it was very cold. I have asked the owner kindly to offer us an apartment as good as the one we paid for and i' told her all The flows but she didn't care. The bed în The living room îs posituoned next to the outside door and whoever sleeps în it feels The current of the cold air coming under the door. The kids and my husbans had awful headaches. Not recomand.

The apartment selected on booking was not available (some problems with the swerage, from those mentined by the administrator). We were only notified in the day of arrival. In the end, with some delay (was available only after 19 pm) we were allocated another apartment, in the same area, relatively with similar conditions, where all was fine.

It has a very good location. It is stylish and well equipped.

I was hugely disappointed by dirty sheets. That is the utter disrespect towards a guest. I was being told that they are sorry and they always check the sheets and will talk to the cleaning personnel, but that just won’t cut it for me. It’s too big of a mistake to be overlooked. Sorry. I was lucky to find some sheets in the wardrobe that weren’t visibly stained, but this was a very unpleasant experience. I had an allergy flare-up as well, and woke up in the middle of the night with a stuffy nose and teary eyes. As I turned on the lights, I popped into 2 cockroaches. If the neighbours heard a scream of terror at around 3 am, then it was me saying hi to cockroach number 2. I managed to kill both cockroaches with boots, as you’ll see a photo of them on the floor. I was uneasy after these encounters and left a light on at the sofa, because I was not cool with sleeping in the dark with surprise visitors. I also chose to open a window to sooth my allergies, which thankfully worked. I do hope that my experience was an exception, and this has never happened before and will never happen again either. I also woke up to noises, people shouting, others banging like crazy on the doors. It was scary actually. Maybe it was someone drunk trying to find his room.

Lovely comfortable apartment and very central. Very quiet place so got a good sleep.

I have ordered this apartment but was transferred to another one, but that was also comfortable and great. I like it
