Kristin was amazing at check in!! Also throughout the stay. Great location! Loved the entertainment!!

There’s nothing good to say about it. Took close to an hour after being disrespected by receptionist about issues with the booking through booking.com that didn’t have everything set correctly for the reservations. The room smelt like urine and mold. There was mold on the shower curtain. The maintenance was not kept up well through out the whole place.There were no phones never had that issue before thought that was a safety issue. There was candy Reese wrappers by the bed in the master bedroom. Don’t understand the charging a cleaning fee over $100 on booking.com when it wasn’t clean. The patio furniture was in the living room. The list can go on this was a horrible experience never have I been at a place that charges this price for a horrible management in every way to receptionist professionalism was non existent to room/ property maintenance.The list could go on……..

The view and staff at the location were great.

The owner was very rude on the phone. The tiles on the floor were cracked and lifting. There was mold on one of the showers curtain. Broken doors and the screen doors couldn’t even move. The wallpaper was ripping off the walls. The one door didn’t even have a lock to the balcony and half of the lights and remotes were completely dead. No care is put in to updating or actually making this a safe and clean place. Overall just rent from the ACTUAL hotel and be careful at night with the amount of addicts that are outside.

Everything I loved about this beautiful beautiful condo it was so wonderful for me and my kids and my husband it was short lived two days is not enough time I would definitely be going back to oceanfront again Ocean Walk

There is not one thing that I did not like about it I love how they have so much security especially because there's kids so many kids there and with us having little kids I like how they give the wristbands and you have to have a key code card to get in every door that makes me feel more secure
