I like the cleanness
There was no hot water and the trash cans were too small and one of the bedrooms is extremely cold and there is no heater available.

Apartment about 15 minutes from JFK airport terminals (AirTrain terminates at Jamaica Sutphin Blvd- Archer). Like most city rail/bus stations it is an edgy area but you can get Q6 or Q60 from the rail station to the accommodation or even avoid the area around the station (and paying $8.50 airtrain fare) and get Q6 bus from JFK 165 St Term//Q8 Stand straight to accommodation. The apartment has everything needed (kitchen well equipped).

No good restos around, too many churches and location looks dark and scary, unit in basement w/o window.

Clean apartment, warm and cozy inside
There was no hot water when we arrived. We arrived late, so we didn't bother the owners, but we recommend checking it just in case.
