Contact with host was absolutely fine and fast and we could at least cancel the second reservation, despite time was already over. Thank you very much for that.

Room is in the basement with no windows and no fresh air. Privacy is very limited, as you will have to pass the second bed to get to the bathroom. The AC in the main room is as loud as a helicopter and points directly towards the bed. There was a little strange smell. There is a family with multiple kids living on the ground floor. As the place is very old, you can hear every footstep and every word when they talk, especially in the evening. My Mom couldn't stay there at all, I tried one (of four) booked nights, but after no sleep at all (discussions upstairs until 1 am and constant walking from 4 am), I left and booked another hotel. No refund for the other three nights, but luckily thanks to the host, could get refund for the second time span.

I was dealing with an emergency situation from a previous Airbnb Stay that I booked off of Booking.com as well the last place completely left me out in the cold and refused me service. I was completely distraught when I reached out to this Airbnb owner. She was so accommodating so sweet. She even let me check in early so I can be able to get out the cold should allow me some time to sleep since I was sleep deprived due to being force to sleep outside in the cold-9° weather with my pets, from the last proprietor. The owner is so sweet and nice. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfy homie home away from home vibe.

It is a little chilly at night, but I noticed that the owner makes up for it by turning on the heat more, especially at night and she also provides a heater

The host was very welcoming. The street we stayed on was quiet. We were allowed to park on the street.

Parts of the neighborhood were not very safe for walking around in after dark. Bathroom floor would get wet from the shower. Could have used cloth bath mats and extra towels for a 5-day stay.
