Molto bene. I was able to stay within my budget for 7 days by getting a nice room at a reasonable price.

Maybe it would be good to keep a small washing machine in the bathroom.

Right location was not given so it was hard to track the right location and once I got the right location. Host was not helping out. As no instructions were given on booking.com so no idea how to access the property. Further more host was not picking up the calls and later on phone was turned off

Impeccable cleanliness in the room and in the bathroom. It is quite quiet, you can sleep peacefully in the room. Location: close to the railway station.

The geolocation needs to be fixed, googlemaps points to a place that in reality also has the same house number, but it's a shop. It completely disorients an inexperienced traveler. The street has a double number of houses, the owner's personal explanation is not immediately clear. Incorrect Google geolocation on booking.com is critical! The apartment is located in the back of the street, far from shops that have the same numbering, but "red" numbering. In fact, you need to look for "black" numbering. You should pay attention that the room is cramped, but it's not critical for me at that time. The funny thing is the light switcher is outside the room. I would say that the price should be reduced a bit because there was no TV, fridge or iron.

It was exactly what I wanted, a clean and affordable place, looking for the next time to stay there.

Kettle for coffee does not work. The website says that the tourist tax was included in the price and not, It's a bit confusing.

It is a lovely little room central in Genua. The place has charm and with some improvement I would give it a far better rating. The two things that prevented me from doing that are listed below. The sound-insulation isn't good, but that is common for old houses and at that price. So I think that is something you can live with. Get some earplugs and relax.

The bed looks lovely but is very uncomfortable. Please change it. The light switch is outside of the room so there should be a bedside light. But that wasn't there while I staid there

The property is very well located and the place is clean. It is located on the 6th floor no elevator.

.The bathroom was shared which I wasn’t made aware of. I didn’t feel comfortable as a solo woman traveller at all as had one guy staying in the room in front that kept asking me out twice and despite me Saying i had my own plans he asked me again. I did not feel very safe. I felt harassed. He Kept saying that i should think twice before saying no to his offer to have diner together and that life is short. That is cob and loyal and honest. To me felt like a threat. Not sure if he meant it that way but I was creeped out and very upset. So if you are guy I think the place would be perfect, I would not comeback there as a woman.
