Outstanding accommodation and stay, Nicola was the perfect host - going above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, 100m from the beach, and set in a beautiful little town. We only wished we had stayed longer.

Nice place to stay, good point to visit east coast, great and helpful landlord, very close to nice local beach, bars and restaurants.

Sehr gute und saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage und Strandnähe. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Nicola, der Besitzer war zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Everything was perfect! The apartment has everything you need including an equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a big fridge, a nice bathroom with a modern washing machine, a comfortable and big bed with TV, a balcony and a huge terrasse with table and chairs. Everything was super clean and the interior is modern. The host Nicola is very flexible, helpful and always eager to give you the best possible stay! He gave us extra sun chairs for the beach, tips for the best restaurants and was super flexible with the check-in and check-out. The last night he invited us for a beer/wine at his little cozy bar right in front of the apartment. The location is fantastic as well. 1 min from the beach and 7 min with the car to La Caletta, a cute little town with nice Restaurants. (If you need a perfect local Pizza, try Pizza Mare e Monti!)

Very nice place💚surrounded by pinia forest 🌲nice and quiet atmosphere, few steps from beautiful beaches 🏖place is new, clean and very comfortable 🏡 in appartamento you find all kitchen equipment, good hair dryier, comfy bed, washing maschine, you can use bikes, umbrellas etc. We really liked the hospitable owners🧘 they respond very quickly for any enquiry and questions. We really enjoy our stay in Domus Lucia and we reccomend 💙💙💙💙

Das Apartment mit der kleinen Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Santa Lucia ist in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig, zum Entspannen perfekt. Der Strand mit einer wunderschönen Bucht und kristallklarem Wasser ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Einzigartiges Apartment mit Hotel Komfort. Die Unterkunft ist neu und super gelegen. Nicola ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Der Kontakt ist super einfach. Eine zweite Decke? Kein Problem. Late Check out? Kein Problem. Parkticket nicht verstanden. Kein Problem. Egal was ihr wissen wollt man kann ihn alles fragen. Die Reinigung mit frischen Handtüchern zwischendurch war sehr angenehm. Zusätzlich gibt es jede Menge für den Strand (Schirme, Boccia etc)
