Great location, central but quiet. Bathroom lovely, perfect for a short stay in the city. Felt very safe.

The air conditioning was not adjustable without contacting the host.

You have all that you need. Tv, coffee, warm and quite a space for a room

Noise during the night due to the heavy walk of another customer in the flat on the first floor. It was like a ceaseless drum beat.

Location was poor with garbage all over the streets...day and night

The key handover was not good. They wouldnt give us or leave the keys till we sent them our passports ...wanted them to be sent online day before!! ......air-conditioning was far to hot for sleeping...he came supposedly to fix it 3 times

"Parma itself is worth visiting and a good stopover on your travels"

Location was ok-ish and we found a local bar just one street away to satisfy our needs. The apartment was quirky and generally ok including a punch bag which was a bit weird.

Despite being advertised as with a kitchen but there was no means of cooking anything and we had food with us to cook, quite disappointing really.
