Amazing property and perfect rental for two! Beautiful spacious gardens, quiet location and nice accommodations! This home has everything you need, including amazing views and sunsets. The bathroom is beautiful, fully tiled with plenty of hot water to wash off the day's long hikes. Location is convenient to get to many great hikes and airport but out of main touristy zones. It was perfect! Our hosts were incredibly friendly, quick to answer any questions we had and provide great suggestions! I would send any friends and family to stay here and hope to go back again soon! Such a gem! Do not pass up an opportunity to stay here, we are so thankful to have come across this listing and had the chance to enjoy!

What a wonderful place to stay in and discover Sao Miguel! We spent two weeks in this beautiful, stylish house and couldn’t have enough of it. It’s absolutely secluded and has a huge, well maintained garden with two sunbathing spots. The view is out of this world both during the day and night: bright day colors are astonishing and starry nights are unforgettable! Cyril and Alexandre were extremely hospitable and gave us great tips to make the most out of our trip. Quite a few island’s must-sees are located within a short drive from the house, but even when we went to another side of the island, it didn’t take much time, and we were always happy to get back to our stunning retreat. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded and words fail to express our gratitude!

200% recommended!!! It is a truly special house, not only because of the natural environment and the spectacular views facing the sea, but also because of the peace and wonderful energy it transmits. The location is perfect to get to know this part of the island and very close to Sete Ciudades. Alex and Cyr are also amazing, super good vibes, they recommended a lot of places and were really hospitable. They are undoubtedly beings of light. This house is an idyllic place to connect with nature, with life and with oneself. We hope to return soon!

Our stay at Castlerock in the Azores was a perfect getaway. The location offered tranquility and stunning views. Alexandre, our friendly host, provided valuable information and great restaurant recommendations. The location itself was charming, and we enjoyed undisturbed relaxation throughout our stay. Castlerock is an ideal choice for a rejuvenating stay amidst nature's beauty and stunning gardens. Well stocked kitchen items, clean throughout, beautiful sunsets enjoyed from the terrace, highly recommended.

The dirt track to the villa took a little navigating in the small hire car.

It was really amazing. Great place, great host, great surrounding. Never been in such quiet and absolutely breathtaking location. Cyril was so helpfull and well minded person we ever met.

The location of the house is wonderful and in a quiet place on the coast. A great with view over the ocean from the balcony! A lot of space in the house. Comfortable ktichen, Good bathroom with shower. Hosts are very hospitable, helpful and warm-hearted.
