Замечательная квартира в центре города! Очень уютная , чувствуешь себя как дома! В квартире есть все необходимое, видно, что о гостях хотят позаботиться ! Замечательная понимающая хозяйка! Будем рекомендовать !))

המארחת מקסימה, מקום נוח ונקי מאוד!

We booked for just one night before an early train, but unfortunately my wife fell ill and so we ended up staying for 5 nights. Tina, who speaks fluent English, was fantastic - being very flexible about our changing plans and very responsive to messages. She met us on check-in and also on check-out, storing luggage for a while after check-out too. The apartment was the perfect place for an extended stay - being exceptionally quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great too, under 10 mins from station square metro and mainline station and at the end of a beautiful shopping street. Having stayed in 3 different areas of Tbilisi, this was our favourite.

المكان من الداخل جميل جدا جدا ولكن من الخارج المرفق في حاره داخليه ويخوف المكان صراحه دخوله وخروجه كان متعب بالنسبه لي ولكن بشكل عام الذي يبحث عن جوده مقابل سعر بغض النظر عن بعض التفاصيل

By far the best place I’ve stayed in Tbilisi. The host is incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It truly feels like home. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is a huge plus. There’s also a washing machine, which is especially useful if you’re a traveler. On top of that, the TV has Netflix, YouTube, and more. The location is great too. Overall, just an amazing apartment and experience.

Хозяйка милая и радушная. Настоящее грузинское гостеприимство. Квартира удобная и чистая. В этом же здании супермаркет Carrefour, пункты обмена валюты, банкоматы с русским языком. Около подъезда небольшой уютный скверик. Очень близко от ЖД вокзала. Очень приятное место.

The apartment equipped very well. There are all what you can need. The owner is very nice person, and can speak English and Russian

There is no sign on the door. Took us more than 40 minutes to find it. I think that it is very recommended to put apartment number on the door. The location is tricky. It very close to central train station and to market area. But if you want to travel in the old Tbilisi it's about 1 hour of walking (but the way is nice)
