The location is excellent - the appartment is at 10 minutes walk from a long, nice and not populated beach and at 30 minutes walk from the old city and castle of Kavala. The view from the small balcony is amazing; it looks toward a small lagoon and a fishermen' port. One can see directly the rising sun above the sea. The appartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped.

It is claimed that the property can host up to 6 persons. However, there are only 3 chairs and the table is too small for such a company. I would recommend as well to provide tea cups, more forks, coffee cups and plates. A classical electro oven would be an important benefit - a microwave is not appropriate for most of the frozen products purchased in the supermarkets.
