USThe location was great. The house was half a block from the bus stop and that bus went right into the areas we most visited. The house itself was wonderful. 10 of us stayed the week here. It has 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the lower level that was great for my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us to have space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable. There is a back patio and a little front porch for a bit of outdoor space.
The house has a washer and dryer. We found out on the Saturday night we arrived that the washer was full of water and it wasn't working properly. I called the owner and she said that previous guests had mentioned that it wasn't working. She told me she would get it taken care of on Monday. She got back to me to say a new washer would be delivered on Wednesday. Then changed it to Friday. Finally, when we arrived at the house Friday night, the washer was sitting at the top of the stairs not installed. We left early the next morning. We packed for the week with the knowledge that we would have a washer in the house. We ended up having to hand wash our clothes to get through the week. I requested a partial refund but the owner has not even responded. The house is in a bit of a rough neighborhood. That didn't bother my family but it could bother others. Also, its down the street from a hospital so there are sirens going by regularly. Overall, if not for the washer issue I would definitely recommend staying here.
USThe property was very clean. We had plenty of room. Location was close to everything.
I’m not sure that it can be a dislike but even though we had parking in the front and back of the apartment, sometimes we still had to walk a little farther than I’d like to. This was our first time to Washington DC, so parking every where was not friendly. So I’m not sure this is a dislike.
MLUSThe house is very clean and well appointed. Not too much furniture but strategically placed. It's nice. I also like that it's in a traditional neighborhood in Washington DC. You get a flavor for what community life is like. This well-renovated house was built in 1906. We absolutely enjoyed it. The landlord is very responsive.

USHouse was clean inside, spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family. Very nice kitchen and washer and dryer.. Near the downstairs area. Felt like a safe area.
Could use more cleaning outside. Grass unkept so we saw rodents. The bump beds were very noice.
CAL'appartement était bien placé, très spacieux et propre. On a pris deux nuits mais j'aurais aimé plus. Service et accompagnement impeccable

ARLas comodidades de la propiedad y su amplitud era muy buena . Bien equipada y cómoda .
La ubicación es muy mala. No apto para turismo , el barrio peligroso y alejado de todo y muy sucio . Es en la periferia y muy inaccesible y peligroso . No lo recomiendo xq si bien la propiedad está muy bien , la zona no es turística. Estábamos con auto y también nos dio miedo el barrio, pandillas en la zona . El propietario pone muchos requisitos con la limpieza de la ropa de cama pero las sábanas estaban manchadas .
