The view from the balcony

Where do I start? This place probably looked amazing about 10-15 years ago, but years of renting and lack of maintenance have aged it terribly. The kitchen has new appliances, 3 coffee machines, which is great, But all the kitchen units are battered, lost their paint and draws are very stiff to open. Some of the less used work surfaces are very sticky, such as the cupboard with the bowls. There is a microwave extractor (a first I've ever seen), not sure how that works with fire regulations?! The door to the balcony has lost all it's mastic, it's faded beyond belief, and all the glass and windows are absolutely filthy. The view however is Stunning! (Positive!) The bathroom is no longer white or beige as intended, but now yellow with damage and dirt everywhere. The mattresses on the beds have marks in them where around and you can feel where the springs have gone with age and people sleep. The safe is broken and doesn't work. There isn't a dining room table (not great for people with small children!), no scissors, no bottle opener, every door squeaks, the washer makes a noise like it's taking off and the bathroom sink taps look stylish, but not functional and are broken. In addition there is a cord fan broken, top of one of the bed corners is broken, a bar chair is broken, doesn't go up and down, missing baking tray, and Potential bed bugs in one of the beds. I booked early check in, because of 2 young children, but was told that it wasn't available 2hrs before we were due to check in, refund is expected, but not yet recieved. The stars I have given it are for the service, some lovely people who went out their way to help. The cleaners who left towels in the shape of swans, thank you! The view was stunning, the pools were clean and the location convenient, but I certainly wouldn't be booking ever again!

We enjoyed visiting Dunkin’, IHOP, and Starbucks for breakfast, as they’re some of our favorites. However, the cost added up quickly over multiple days, so we recommend balancing dining out with simple meals in your accommodations to help manage expenses. For lunch, we especially enjoyed the pool bar and the beach food truck, which were both convenient and enjoyable options. We also really enjoyed our stay overall—the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the pools and beach access were excellent. The resort activities, friendly staff, and convenient location all made for a great experience.

Unfortunately, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns during our stay. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival—our sheets had sand in them, and the floors were extremely dirty, to the point that our socks turned black after walking on them. The walls and trim showed visible damage and wear, and the cabinets were sticky. The entry door was also damaged and difficult to close, requiring force, which raised some safety concerns. Additionally, there was no broom available to manage the sand that quickly accumulated in the room, and when we requested one from the front desk, they were unable to provide it. Lastly, the laundry facilities were very loud, which impacted the overall comfort of our stay. For the price we paid for a four-night stay, these conditions did not meet our expectations.

Location . Right on the beach and easy walking to dinner and shops

The beds were very uncomfortable and the blankets were really think and hard , we had to buy blankets and pillows for our stay , also the condo needed some remodeling baseboard in bathroomn was broken door shut extremely hard one washer didn’t work and the dryer sounded extremely loud ! It needs some tlc and a more modern touch But has potential Also the pool ans hot tub pool till midnight so there was very loud people out yelling untill midnight made it hard to get kids to sleep .

The pools were great . The property was well maintained

Staff were mean, threatening and hateful Room was not clean, candy under the master bed, water bottles in a bedroom, floor was dirty. Food on bed, food under couch. Check in staff, Anna, was mean, insulting and rude. She should be ashamed to speak to anyone esp. elderly, disabled people in the manner. Several times maintenance came up and questioned our water usage

The view was fabulous. Being able to host all my family together made it the best vacation ever.

Parking was limited, so most family members had to go to the guest garage $30 a day.

Location was perfect. The accomodations were clean and very nice. The pools were exceptional.

The pool on our side was shut down a few times, but that was unavoidable.
