USLocation was very convenient. Pleasant neighborhood Staff was responsive to concerns.
The front entrance did not seem very secure. No options for hanging clothes in main bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen need updating. Some of the plug sockets did not appear to be connected

The TV was super small only 30” And the full Size bed is not adequate for 2 people.
ILvery convenient location if you have business in UPenn or Drexel. Many parks and greenery in the area.
Extremely dirty - sticky and stained floors, windows covered with a thick layer of dust. Leaves and dirt everywhere. Worn-out and stained towels. The "apartment" is a make-shift one, with poor quality work - doors are all crooked, and the unit configuration makes no sense. Very uncomfortable to work or eat in the apartment. "Bedroom" is probably the former living room, judging by the intercom unit on the wall. "Mirror" in the bedroom is a door to a common hallway. Poor noise isolation - can hear everything. The host had the audacity to send cleaning instructions with a check-out reminder.
EGit was very clean cozy and had all the essentials needed for the stay, extra duvet for sofa bed would be a plus . very close to bus station and walking distance to supermarket
