El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y sitios reseñables que ver. Las indicaciones para llegar al alojamiento me las dió por Whatsapp y, aunque larga, es relativamente fácil entrar.

Es un apartamento dividido en habitaciones. No se comparten zonas comunes ni nada, pero sólo es una cama (incómoda y casi sin almohadas), un baño y un ropero (éstos bastantes bien), ya está.

Affittacamere molto vicino alla stazione Brignole dal quale sono riuscito a raggiungere ogni luogo paradisiaco della riviera Ligure, ottima posizione in zona tranquilla … ci ritornerò l’anno prossimo , da qui era la base per raggiungere le bellissime Riomaggiore e Camogli La mia mia stanza era al 4 piano con ascensore privato comodo e con tutto il confort che volevo

The room was clean and comfortable and the view is nice

The owner has no communication. There are no signs on the street to say where the property is. The maps on Booking.com take you to the wrong place as there are two places with the same address in the area. We were waiting on the street until 3 hours past the designated check in time when the owner finally gave us directions on how to enter the property. I think this only came because of the complaints sent to Booking.com. Also the property is advertised as an entire apartment yet is only a single room with a private bathroom. This room is also on the 6th floor with no useable elevator past the 3rd floor.

The best part was leaving this awful place.

Avoid this place - Everything negative. Great stress was caused by the lack of consideration of the host. Booking.com should seriously consider removing this property. We were unable to do any touristy activities during our time in Genova. We saw noting of interest. Located on level 6, stairs only as lift fits luggage only. Avoid this place. No host communication at all. except next day to say we did not leave the tourist tax which had been included and paid in full. No instructions for key pick up before the day of arrival. we sent messages to say we DO NOT have internet outside our nightly accommodation. Another guest helped us to get our allocated room. Rubbish, storage, piled up in the entrance to the apartment in two locations. At the top of the hideous flight of stairs, then more stairs. Supposed to be an apartment, but it is a room. Lift closes in the early morning hours and lights go off after 1 minute, try to get down to ground floor with luggage and not make too much noise at 5.30am. Mould in the bathroom, Water does not drain from the shower it overflowed onto the floor. No bath mat, thin towels. couch falling apart and stuffing coming out. Only 1 pillow each and they are flat and smell of smoke. They are supposed to be smoke free rooms. We paid full price and were only there for 13hrs. Avoid this place. Property numbers are very obscure and it took us hours to find it. Assisted on two occasions by another hotel to contact the host only to receive no answer. Also pharmacy across the road and a restaurant tried to phone host - no reply. Water was in the kettle but no cups, tea or coffee were provided. Avoid this place.

Close to the station

Advertised as an entire apartment but it was just a room in an apartment. When I entered the main door I heard people having s3x in one of the rooms and there was a lot of people coming in and out during the evening. My room had a chair with white stains on it
