Locație centrală, foarte aproape de atracții, restaurante și transport în comun. Apartamentul este foarte bine dotat și spațios, am găsit foarte multe ustensile de bucătărie, condimente, produse de curățenie. Ivan a răspuns rapid solicitărilor și întrebărilor.

Se poate face curățenie cu mai mare atenție la detalii (mai ales în zona băii si a toaletei) și ar fi util să se lase un regulament privind gunoiul- în apartament nu există coșuri separate pentru diferite tipuri de gunoi, dar afară trebuie aruncate separat.
