Excellent location. Very spacious for a one bed apartment.

It was a fantastic find! The apartment was big, modern, well-furnished, well-appointed, tastefully decorated and centrally located. They had some 7 varieties of coffees and as many teas stocked up in the kitchen besides some flour, pasta and several spices. There were all the necessary utensils available. There was an oven, dishwasher and microwave too. And of course, a kettle and a coffee machine. The apartment had everything that you may need, including tampons and sanitary pads! All the cleaning supplies were there, mostly with multiple options. It was very obvious that Ivan and his team had put in a lot of thought in each and every thing around the apartment. I couldn't believe it when I saw a magnifying glass placed next to the lockbox where you enter a code to retrieve/ place the apartment key while checking in/out. That was such a thoughtful gesture. The bathroom and toilet are two separate rooms which is convenient if there is more than one person staying. You need to take about 4-5 steps from the street level to reach the lift. After that a small but efficient lift takes you to to the 4th floor. As the apartment is on the 4th floor outside noise doesn't disturb you. The location, just a few minutes away from the old town square, is perfect. The street itself is comparatively quiet. But just a few steps, and you're part of the happy summer crowds. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The air-conditioner is fixed in the central part of the apartment which provides coolness alright at night, especially coupled with a small fan in the bedroom. But the afternoon heat does get too much and you wish the a.c was inside the bedroom so that you can turn it on and shut the bedroom door to get proper coolness. The bedroom is very well furnished, but the space to pass by the bed in order to go the other side of the bed is too narrow. But I guess the shape of the room is such that nothing much can be done about it. The bathroom was also well appointed with a choice of 4 shower gels and other necessary stuff. The only observation I have is about the placement of the glass partition in the bathtub. The shower was placed in the open part of the tub and every time you shower there would be water all over the bathroom. The glass partition didn't help much.

This is a very spacious flat in edge of the old city. The location is very good. The flat is very clean and provide everything you need. Owner is helpful and sorts out our problems with the lock and the wifi quickly. I enjoy my staying.

The only thing I dont like is the noise. The bedroom side is a bit noisy at night but I can put up with it.
