ILNew renovated building very pleasant. The room we had is spacious and comfortable. The bathrom very well designed and comfortable and with quality products. The host us very kind and gave us excellent advise on local visits and places to eat. Driving to the location is easy. Attention must be paid to the driving into the parking, but not complicated at all. The view is breathtaking.
The heating could have worked a little better, but it was not unpleasant. Just could have been a couple of degrees cozier.
LTThe property is modern and cozy. The owner is very sweet and helpful: she waited for our late arrival, as our plane was delayed and provided us with snacks as we were hungry after the trip. The breakfast was great and the surrounding area is beautiful.

ATFantastic and calm location for a stay in Belluno and for visit to the Dolomites. Ilaria was a very friendly host - also a nice breakfast was included. The view is amazing, on one side it’s the city view to Belluno and on the other the vineyard. We will be back 😊🇮🇹

TRAmazing mini-hotel with only 2 rooms. Opened recently, very clean and stylish. And the hostess Ilaria, very carefully left all the information about the city, and tourist routes. In the morning there was a great breakfast with a beautiful view of the valley. We have already traveled all over Italy and for the first time we meet such a cool hotel for adequate price. The only thing worth considering is that the house is located on the end of the city, so it is convenient to get to it only by car. But if there is a car, then 5 minutes and you are in the center.
CAIlaria is a very nice host. Her dad and brother are very kind toi and helpful. The beds were the most comfortable of our stay The view is very beautiful.
