Location and perfect central base if you want more flexibility than a hotel.

The kitchen doors are looking tired if I’m being fussy. The layout and stairs are awkward but we were made well aware of that prior to booking so can’t complain.

Great location. Close to downtown area. Spacious apartment. Quiet neighbourhood.

Not as clean as we expected. Apartment could do with a good cleaning, not just superficial cleaning between guests. Bathroom did not look good, time to refurbish the bathroom. Toilet located in strange narrow area. Doorknobs fell of interior doors. One nail is standing out in the timberfloor in the living room. This apartment could do with a good maintanance work.

Excellent location, very clean and quite cosy. Good communication, easy to find and get in. Charming old-school apartment with one great bed and the other good as well (just a lot softer). Everything mentioned on the booking site was there. Good wifi, tv with Netflix and Prime and nice places to hang out.

1. No places to hang anything, jackets in the front room, towels in the bathroom (apart from one hook inside the shower) and in one of the bedrooms there is nowhere to put anything apart from two small nightstands. It was more annoying than one would expect and a thing that is very easy to fix! 2. It was very cold when we stayed here and the windows do not close properly. It is a bit better if you put the blinders/shutters up but still very cold in frosty/windy weathers. Due to them not closing properly all the noice from the street also made its way into the bedroom facing the street. There are restaurants close by, some parties held in the space under the apartment and trucks driving by all night (don’t matter which day it is) so one should at least make sure to not place people that sleep lightly in that room.

Muy cómoda y calentita!! A dos cuadras de la peatonal . Muy bien quitada, solo le agregaría unos percheros para los abrigos y las toallas en el baño. El resto impecable!!!

Very spacious & great location. Only awkward part is walking through one bedroom to get to the kitchen & bathroom, but that is clearly noted & we are a family so it was fine.
