The house is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to everywhere, and has a great location. The street where the apartment is situated is quiet, with no noise. It’s very secure, and we stayed safely as three girl friends. The apartment is spacious and can comfortably accommodate four people. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need. However, the room with the washing machine was locked and we couldn’t access it, and the bathroom definitely needs renovation. There is a curtain in the shower area, and the drain does not work properly. A new drainage system and a shower cabin are a must for such an apartment.

Beautifully decorated. Spacious. excellent comfy beds, felt very clean Plenty of towels Location for city exploring was excellent.

An extra en-suite or toilet would be even better.

Fabulous location, close to town centre

Noisy apartment block. Fridge didn’t work (there was a spare one provided but nothing to say the main one didn’t work). Dishwasher didn’t work. Internet incredibly slow (useless) No live TV or Satellite. Owner forgot to send keycode (needed reminding). Apartment decor poor.

The apartment is great. It’s very centrally located. There are a lot of windows and the ceilings are very high . The bathroom is also very large . All the rooms are spacious and bright ,

Apartment was big and spacious including rooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom too. Location was absolutely excellent - close to nayhavn, shopping, restaurants, Tivoli garden and more. We stayed on ground floor which was very convenient, especially for people with luggage. Owners are professional, respond quickly and resolve problems. We wanted a fan and they got us one which was a saviour.

One room mattress is not a full mattress so not best for people staying in the second room. Bathroom is attached to the second room, so all need to go through that. Small renovation is needed in apartment : doors, nails, etc.

1) Very central location without any noise from the street, 2) spacious flat with a lot of light thanks to tall windows, 3) not difficult stairs (we were on the 2nd floor).

1) The noise of chairs and kids running on wood floors above our heads (luckily it didn’t happen too late in the night). 2) Suggestion: add a blind that covers the top of the windows in the bathroom to avoid being seen from people on the 3rd floor.

Space, location

Kitchen cooking utensils could be better. Tongs, spatulas etc.
