Copper Vine Wine Pub & Inn

The room was STUNNING! I did not want to leave. Everything from the linens, towels, and amenities like make up towels to the way the room was laid out and the BED! It was all perfect. We got the best sleep and felt so rested the next morning. Breakfast the next morning was just what we needed. The location is perfect for getting around town and we felt so comfortable the entire time. The innkeepers are incredibly kind and hospitable people. They epitomize customer service. I was blown away by the attention to detail, the thoughtfulness, and the overall joy that the Inn at Coppervine emotes.

I stayed at Copper Vine Inn and Pub on Wednesday, October 1st, and had an incredible experience. The room was spotless, modern, and very spacious. The bathroom was beautiful, with a large, luxurious shower that really stood out. The room service food was absolutely delicious — a great surprise and so convenient after a long day. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The innkeepers were amazing — everything was communicated through text, which made things super easy and efficient. They responded quickly to every question and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be returning!

I only had an issue with thermostat…room was cold (to me) once temp start dropping outside, inn keeper brung in a heater to warm room, through out night, room was comfortable!

We were treated like we meant something to the employees. There was a handwritten note to us in our room for when we arrived, alongside a few macaroons. Texting with the innkeepers made everything so convenient. Rooms were behind a door that separated the restaurant from the inn which made it for a very quiet stay. The style and cleanliness made for a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast was complimentary, but it had to be ordered and we didn’t want to wait for it to be made.

This place is special! You can feel the Big Easy vibe when you walk into the downstairs 200year old solid carved wood bar. The whole property is do well appointed, it’s hard to find a place to start…. Down to all the linens & towels made by PARACHUTE brand (IYKYK). That bed was THE MOST HEAVEN LIKE BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON! I seriously can’t wait to stay here again. The whole property is magic. It’s everything you could possibly want & more from a hotel. Liane was our host during the majority of our stay & he was not only an amazing host, he made my son & I feel like family. The attention to detail & every procurement of this old building was done with precision/attention to guest experience/honor to the history of the structure and little things like the downstairs (restaurant & bar) bathroom toilets being a light dusty blue color-they could have just gotten white ones, but no. Oh and the food!!! Soo good! All staff was perfection! Such a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to return!!!

The location was reasonably good, a little ways away from the louder parts of town. The included breakfast was just the right amount and very well done each morning and the room was just fantastic. Everything was such high quality and beautiful. It felt like such a retreat coming back at the end of a busy work day.

People coming back to their rooms were a bit loud and I could hear them easily through my door.

Great facility and location (both for walking and streetcars), large and well-appointed rooms, superb staff.
