The hotel felt like a boutique with a personalized experience. It was beautiful, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a couple of unauthorized charges placed on our card. One in the restaurant due to a careless waiter. We waited for quite a while for them to tell us my card wasn't charged (a refund has since been issued). Housekeeping took our robes during the stay and didn't replace them, I was errantly charged for these too. Some staff were friendlier than others. We expected a higher level of service and professionalism for the cost of this hotel.

- Location was perfect. Just between the dome, the French Quarter, and the higher-end Arts District (of Julia and Magazine streets). Also very close to public transports (buses and cable cars). - Room size was quite generous and plenty of natural daylight. - Le Labo Hinoki was probably the best amenity the room had. The exquisite, incense-like smell just elevated the room and the self-care experience. - The mattress was very plush, which we liked a lot. - Safety box, umbrella, and bath robes, yes!! - AC unit worked fine. No condensation or excess humidity. - Staff were professional. Don’t expect anything above and beyond, or over friendliness or ‘customer is king’ attitude, which we actually liked (except for one issue below). We felt like traveling to Europe.

- Cleanliness could’ve been better. We found a cigar butt on the side of the bed. We’d thought this was a smoke-free establishment. We also found some hair on the shower wall. - The area between the bed and the TV was so ‘empty’. An area rug or some kind of furniture could make it look and feel less void. Too much wooden flooring and walking in the room without slippers was quite cold. - Bathroom started to show its age with some stains and peeling on the ceiling. And the building was still quite young. It’s a pity to see it deteriorate so quickly. - At night when we’re trying to sleep, we felt like the room was trembling, either from the sound of the AC or the traffic or the pipes. We didn’t know what it was but it felt like there was a big truck with its engine on idling in front of the building (but there wasn’t any). It wasn’t constant but when it happed, it really disrupted our sleep. - Breakfast was fine if it was only for one day. But we stayed three nights and got the exact same breakfast every day. Portion was also not too generous for the typical American breakfast and it’s not a buffet btw. More like take it or leave it. Quality was just ok. - The first and second floors could be really noisy in the evening, especially on the weekend or when there’s a game. Some customers could be obnoxious/drunk too. - The photos look better than the reality. The room just missed something. It’s like the decor wasn’t quite done yet or felt quite ‘retail’ or ‘following the fad’ if you will (especially with the color and furniture selection). Please note that this is a very subjective matter, but for the price tag, we did have high expectations. And unfortunately this boutique hotel felt rather basic than high-end. - When we checked out, two people without a hotel pass just entered the building (they had been waiting for us to open the door), raising concern if the security is top-notch. - There was an error in the invoice. We’ve communicated.

Everything was amazing here. Breakfast and food were on point. Staff super friendly. Felt very welcome here almost like family. Very, very, very good customer service.

I was honestly shocked (in the best way!) when I walked into my room at Copper Vine Inn. Usually, hotel photos look better than the actual rooms, but here it was the complete opposite - the room was even more beautiful than in the pictures! The design was stylish and thoughtful down to the smallest details. The room was spacious, the bed was large and soft, and the mattress was extremely comfortable - I slept like a dream. The overall atmosphere of the inn is just amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant downstairs made the whole experience even better - I had dinner there once and it was absolutely outstanding. The location is also perfect - very convenient for getting around. I stayed for two nights, from August 29 to August 31, 2025, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The innkeepers were very very friendly and always available, but not intrusive. The breakfast on the balcony was such a treat! The room was spacious, modern, and everything we needed for our stay. We will be back, and next time, for an extra night.
