El mangal B&B

Definitely stay here! We loved it! Photos are accurate, water is hot, AC is cold, bed is comfortable, couch is comfortable, it’s nice to have a fridge, it’s spacious and super clean! The breakfast is the best we’ve had traveling in over a month now, just perfect! Location is great, walkable to everywhere and the bus station is across the street. Plenty of good parking if you have a vehicle.

Perfect spacious clean and quiet room, very good bed. Mosquito screens in the windows. Breakfast id delicious! Very friendly owner. Easy to walk to town and also to waterfall. Excellent wifi

This stay was fantastic and the breakfast was AMAZING. We cannot recommend this place enough - we’ll definitely be staying here when we return to Suchitoto.

If I could give a thousand stars, I would!!! I will never stay anywhere else and it’s a miracle and a blessing I found this place. I had another booking through booking.com, arrived and they said cash only when it’s in BOLD letters in the email that they do NOT accept cash. Basically, I had to look for another place and found El Mangal B&B and I’m so happy I did! The host was willing to let me buy an Amazon purchase to stay at his place since I had no cash and originally and wasn’t going to be able to get any. He is an angel! It’s like the heavens opened up and delivered me to his Bed & Breakfast! First off, this place is incredible! Private parking, A/C, HUGE room and bathroom, reclining couch, refrigerator, tons of space in bathroom to put things (important to a women), flat screen tv, lots of space for putting clothing. They stock the fridge with drinks you can buy and that was super convenient. The bed is AMAZING and better than Marriott’s beds, no joke! I’m a horrible sleeper and while I was there 3 nights (I extended my stay it was so great) Ingot better sleep than I have in 20 years! And breakfast is included and so big that I didn’t eat another meal for the rest of the day or night because they serve you so much food! Breakfast was different each day and the best meals I’ve had in El Salvador, to be sure! Super lovely and humble and exceptionally nice couple. They both have hearts of gold! I wish I lived near just so I could be friends with them! Their place is a short walk to the historic center and also close to so many things that are probably on your list to see while you’re there. It’s perfect! Please do yourself a favor and book with them. You will be so happy you did!!!

What a hidden gem. Well worth the drive as the town is simply charming. The space is large and relaxing. Great working a/c, and a huge room to get comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom was a surprise with all new and updated design. The space comes with refreshments in the fridge (for an additional cost), free bottle of water and a sweet candy treat on your pillow. In addition, you get a large private patio with hammocks and the biggest breakfast I've ever gotten! Just incredible the way this family goes out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay. They also have secured parking and it is easy to get to from the street.

The host are so kind and welcoming. Everything was clean, well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. We had a car, but walked around most of the town.
