DEPTÓptima localização, camas confortáveis, casa devidamente equipada. O alojamento tem grande pontecial se for devidamente cuidado. Não me refiro ao luxo, apenas o básico.
A casa estava cheia de pó e notou-se falta de higinização básica. Debaixo das camas e nos tapetes pior, puro pó e pêlos. Resumindo a casa não estava devidamente higienizada e o chuveiro estava mal apertado, jorrava água pelos lados. Faltou atenção e cuidado básico. Espero que tenham isso em atenção para as próximas vezes.

ATStyle of the flat (historical house), nice location, easy communication regarding the check-in and check-out.
The cleaning could be better - when we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and some rubbish under the sofa. But apart of that, the flat was clean and cozy.

RSThe communication with the landlord was unsatisfactory. We had an issue starting the cooking hob and never received an answer how to do it. However, we would not hold that against him if there has not been the situation that we needed to go to the police station to report a damage to our car and even though he answered the call we could not get him to send us not even the street name where the police was let alone the exact location. If you are a foreigner, please know that it is highly likely that you car will get trashed and anything of value stolen. Even the police commented that it has become an unsolvable issue for them. Car was parked right under the window of the apartment on a lit street in a paid parking space. Everything that has been visible in the car was left in it. We were not the only foreigners at the police station with the same issue. The advice is, if you go to Porto, do not regret the cost of a guarded parking.
