Sporco, sporco dappertutto... Non c’è una sala per la colazione: si mangia proprio nella zona della reception. Un giorno c’era anche la fila, perché ci sono solo cinque tavoli piccoli. Le stanze hanno un balcone che dà su un cortile chiuso e, per questo, nella camera è piuttosto buio. La TV non funzionava, il bollitore per fare il tè non funzionava, e le prese elettriche non andavano bene per il caricatore. Il phon ho dovuto chiederlo alla reception, ma era molto debole. La camera era spaziosa, ma sporca.

Thanks for having us, but unfortunately, our stay was really disappointing. From a design point of view, the hotel doesn’t look bad, but that’s pretty much the only positive thing. The room was dirty and dusty, the bathroom had rust in the shower, stained doors, and a filthy toilet. It honestly seemed like the bathroom had already been used when we arrived, with drops in the sink and dirt in the toilet. The next day, even after cleaning, the room was still not properly done. When you take a shower, the entire bathroom floods because the shower doors don’t close properly. There was a strong smell of mold everywhere, so I recommend asking for a sea-view room, otherwise you’ll end up in a dark, damp courtyard facing high walls. The sheets had hair on them, and the electric sockets didn’t work properly — even the kettle provided didn’t fit the plugs, and when it did, it still didn’t work. The breakfast was very poor, barely acceptable, with little variety and low quality. The staff were polite and tried their best, but that alone can’t make up for the terrible conditions. Overall, this place is far from being a real three-star hotel — I would not recommend it.

Terrace - hadn't been swept , bottle tops and cigarette ends from previous occupants littering area Hot tub took hours to heat up but nice once it had - could be because it was October! Loo seat lid broke in half ten minutes after arrival - reported to reception but not fixed during stay Shower temperature very variable during stay - may be related to hotel.occupancy Breakfast not very good - didn't really bother most days - would be better offering a higher quality continental breakfast Kitchen area great but no cooking pans etc to be able to use it - not an issue for us but would be for those on a budget/ planning to self cater Area of Birzebugger nice but only one restaurant open and local beach area very littered , could be because end of season but made area look tatty

El desayuno flojo pero pasable.

Hotel raczej nastawiony na ilość nie jakość. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ale uważam że nie wystarczająco. W pokojach bardzo dużo uszkodzeń wymagających naprawy - odpadające klamki, wieszaki, zepsute armatury. Opinie na temat braku okna są prawdziwe - my dostaliśmy pokoje z oknem wychodzącym na szyb wentylacyjny, na dwie noce ok, ale jeśli ktoś by chciał spędzić tam kilka dni, nie polecam. Brak naturalnego światła w pokojach. Śniadania znośne, ale bardzo oszczędne. Widok z hotelu, z dachu świetny na port i zatokę. Basen na dachu też pozostawia wiele do życzenia, myślę że jest bardzo rzadko czyszczony. Myślę że za podobną cenę można znaleźć na Malcie o wiele lepszy nocleg. Ogromnym plusem jest bliskość lotniska.
