The property is located in a good area of Durban with easy access to major routes. There are good restaurants and diverse food options available, and it felt safe enough to walk to the surrounding stores. The managing agent was responsive and attempted to resolve issues within their control.

The apartment is poorly maintained and not well cleaned. The dishes are insufficient and dirty. Furniture and amenities in general are of poor quality, with stains and breakages that have not been attended to since our previous visit last year.

Theres was no tissue at all

The mat was dirty and there was dirty marks all over the kitchen area
