Stunning 3BR Marina View APT in Pieta with Balcony

It was a big apartment fully equipped

Bad location, not shiny, there was less lights and in the evening in the apartment it was dark. One of the bathrooms there was a mold on the ceiling and there was a bad humidity smell so we could not use that bedroom.

The apartment is spacious, with two bathrooms, and the owner is communicative. Before your arrival, you will receive a manual for the apartment. A nice balcony with a view of the harbor. There is a main road next to the house, but the noise was acceptable. Smart TV with Netflix - when the internet connection is working.

There is mold in both bathrooms. After reporting the mold, it was covered with silicone, but it wasn't completely removed. In one of the bathrooms, the moldy faucet was replaced. For the first two days, there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms, and the owner only fixed it on the second attempt. Therefore, two times, strangers had to enter our room. The kitchen has dirty dishes, and the couch is dirty as well. The furniture is quite worn out. The internet is unstable. Very weak lighting in all rooms. The bedding was clean, but the pillows were dirty. The price of this apartment does not match the quality.

Nice View, Convenient Location, Easy Access to Busses

The only negative I could find was that the beds were a bit hard and dated.

The location of the apartment is amazing, with the Marina view and a bus stop nearby. Although the apartment is near the main street and it can be a bit loud in the living room, bedrooms are quiet. Contact with Matthew was very smooth, replies were fast and we got all important information before our arrival. The apartment has a lot of space, more than we expected and all facilities were clean. Thank you, we had an amazing stay!

This classic, full-size apartment in a residential building is very spacious. The furniture is not perfect, but is in good enough condition for a relatively comfortable stay. Kitchen appliances and consumer electronics are in good condition. The beds in two of the bedrooms are relatively comfortable, but unfortunately the sofa bed in the third bedroom is less so. Better starting point for a trip to Valletta compared to popular hotels in Sliema. Affordable for Malta considering the size of the apartment.

In my opinion, Booking.com awards stars without first assessing the situation on site. There are none of the services normally associated with a 4 star property, and the level of comfort is more in line with a 3 star property. The published photos are idealised, in reality there is a very busy and noisy 4 lane road right between the building and the harbour. The area is far from breathtaking. It is a very bad feeling to have to pay in advance and then the only response from the owners, obtained through booking.com, is that more detailed check-in information, including address, will only be provided 24 hours before check-in. The apartment has no ventilation system and the air conditioning is outdated. The lighting in the rooms could be better, as could the cleanliness. Three rooms have windows in a channel in the middle of the building, which is unclean.

Perfect location, bus stop is 1 min away. A lot of small shops downstairs and big Lidl is 10 mins walk up the hill The apartment was very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms were pretty big too.
