Given instructions by booking.com to pick up the keys for 3 sayers yard apartment, not 2 sayers yard as advertised on booking.com website. 1. Rubbish around the front door. 2. Dimly lit and unclean lobby and stairway. 3. No bed linen supplied. No mention of this on the website. 4. No towels, again, no warning of this on the website.
