Caravan was clean inside and we'll maintained. I feel that there should be a warning about the amount of seagull / bird poo on the grass / caravan and all over your car from the tree located right next to the caravan. Also I feel that it should be mentioned that passes to the club house and swimming pool aren't included in the price and can only be purchased for 1 week periods
Being charged for 1 week passes when we only stayed for 3 days

The location was perfect, hidden away but close enough to everything. The caravan itself was lovely and great value for the price. The caravan was spacious enough for all of us. Good size shower. Booking was simple and was kept informed.
Personally the beds were not comfortable for us. Could use summer quilts in this weather rather than thick quilts. Would of been nice to have had a fan or 2 in the caravan and a hoover.

Pretty spacious clean accessible and simple. Was perfect for two family's with 3 children and a small dog. TWO TOILETS !
Sofa bed is un comfortable. I would recommend bringing a blow up mattress or sleeping on the sofa not the sofa bed. This only really applies if your using the sofa bed as it's a 8 berth has lots if room we just were at maximum capacity.

The park was lovely, not a "rowdy" park like some ive stayed & worked at! Felt safe and looked after.
Having a lowered car with skirts the entrance to our van could be a bit tasking at times due to holes but this was filled im guessing by park staff. Steps to van could do with anti slip mats or maybe fake grass as very hazardous after the rain.

Need net curtains in caravan for a little more privacy and the grill wasn't clean had to wash before use
