Die Lage ist Postkarten-fantastisch. Es ist winzig klein. Im Sommer/jetzt im Herbst mit der Terrasse und eigentlich nur zum Schlafen ... ist das egal. Es muss dem Mieter nur klar sein, dass er sich im Herzen der Stadt befindet und das Leben lange bis nachts stattfindet. Nett fand ich, dass schon Basics an Putzmitteln, Tabs ... und eine Flasche Wein da waren.

Das Waschbecken lief ab drittenTag schlecht ab.
