stayed here before so it’s already in the location that I find convenient, this was a really really good location it overlooked the pool but one of the best things was that the windows and doors to the balcony when closed created sound barrier so even when there was an event happening by the pool it really didn’t bother us

Not a fan of the bathroom door because I felt very self-conscious when I wanted to use the bathroom

We loved the location. It is within walking distance from the beach, local restaurants, and shops that we wanted to go. And it was an easy drive to Dunn's River Falls. The hotel itself was also really great. The front desk staff was courteous, and the property was well cared for and clean.

We did not like our particular room/suite. The host's decoration style left much to be desired. The colors were a depressing gray and blue. The furniture was very stiff and uncomfortable, and the bathroom tile was too dark for comfort. The bedding did not come with a comforter, only a blanket, which was not sufficient. There was only one roll of toilet paper for the entire trip, so we had to buy our own. No trash bags, no toiletries, and one bar of soap (no hand soap). In short, the hotel is a great option, just not this particular host's room/suite.

I didn’t like that I was only given 2 beach towels for the duration my stay. Also bath towel was only changed once for the 2 weeks stay. No bedding was given for the sofa bed or pillows Only once the bed sheets was changed in 2 weeks of the holidays. The water in the kitchen only dips which was reported someone came and then say they can’t fixed it. So I could not cook in the property because of the water issue.

I would highly recommend this venue. I was so relaxed 😌. A wonderful venue.
