Edificio de gran valor patrimonial, elegante y con una ubicación excelente. La habitación muy bien equipada, amplia y diáfana, con todas las comodidades. El anfitrión es de 10, atento y facilitando todo lo posible la llegada y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Terraza con vistas a la ciudad y perfecta para un desayuno tranquilo o celebrar un evento.

A historic building from 1500 turned into a modern apt hotel. Super clean, location couldn’t be better and only an 8 min walk from the nearest public parking. If you drive it’s a nightmare to find a P spot in the old town and this establishment has the perfect combo of advantages., David the owner is a sweetheart and told us so much about the history of the city, he gave us a ride to a restaurant and even recharged our parking time from his mobile phone so we wouldn’t have to go on spot to do it ourselves. Highly recommended. Our apt on the third floor ( number 32) was huge for 2 ppl and was spotless. Small pool on the rooftop, sunbeds and a bar are perfect for the sizzling hot afternoons in Cadiz.

Premium location in the Old Town (El Pópulo), just steps from the main shopping street and a public parking garage (fee). It’s only 7 minutes to Mercado Central and about a 20-minute walk to La Caleta, the perfect spot to enjoy a stunning sunset. The property is newly renovated, and the lobby evokes a riad-style atmosphere with a beautiful central courtyard framed by elegant columns. My apartment was excellent: high ceilings, a spacious living area with an open kitchen, and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. It truly felt like a place I could move into and comfortably work from for an extended stay. The small roof top pool and the terrace in two floors overlooking the roofs of Cadiz is a huge extra bonus, especially in the summer when it gets very hot. I met the owner in the building and he is the biggest added value of the hotel, he is your wikipedia for exploring Cadiz!

In low season there is self checkin, very easy and efficient with a code though, but it is always nice to start an experience with a personal touch from staff. The beds are standard. For such a stylish boutique hotel I expected boxspring beds, then it would feel premium and would complete the overall standard of the hotel apartment.
