Perfect location next to the cathedral. The woman at the desk was very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was very decent as well.

Central location, opposite the cathedral, close to shops, restaurants, museums, and other sights. Easy parking at back of hotel. Large room, comfy and quiet, great shower. Generous breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff eg giving us restaurant recommendations.

Location superb; room very nice; bed very comfortable, staff helpful and secure parking offered.

Having only one member of staff on duty at reception means that person has to attend not only to arriving and departing guests but also any other calls/needs from guests in their rooms (as was our case). This means that the staff member is overstretched. We noticed that whoever was "on duty" had many roles to fulfil: we would be more comfortable if we didn't have to feel that we were depending on one overworked person.
