Beautiful Riad with exceptional rooms. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and attentive.

The hotel offers to schedule tours. Be careful, ask questions about what you're scheduling. The tour we booked turned into a forced shopping tour to specific vendors throughout the Medina. If that's your thing you might enjoy it. For us it felt scammy and not at all what we were hoping for.

The manager Noor was very kind and accommodating to our requests and paid great attention. The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful in its decor and the room we stayed in (family suite) was stunning and very comfortable. The breakfast is nice too on the rooftop and we enjoyed the Hanmam as well. The location is a little tricky and you will need to walk 4-5 mins to get to the Main Street but we didn’t mind it at all and best is Noor will send you their Riad help to pick you up from the main street or any restaurant . We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this place.

La chambre était magnifique, les décorations plongent vraiment dans l'esprit marocain. La literie était très confortable et le lit très grand. Il y avait également un petit frigo dans la chambre ainsi que de l'eau fraîche à notre arrivée. Le personnel était serviable. Le riad se situant au coeur de la medina, un membre du personnel est venu nous accueillir sur le parking le plus proche pour nous mener jusqu'au riad en portant nos affaires. Pareil au retour. Vu sur toute la medina depuis la belle terrasse sur le toit du riad. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit, je recommande.

Fantastic, beautiful Riad - in the heart of the Medina, with great staff (especially Hassan) and good food. Will definitely stay there again, as it was good value for such a wonderful place!
