The house was really nice and cozy..I like the kitchen area the most.

Its just the bed in the other rooms, it will make squicky sounds once you move maybe because it was made with metal.

Was good for what we needed had everything very clean and tidy

Hot water pressure poor for shower and beds a little creeky being metal framed but comfy never the less

The location is very close within 6 mins drive of city centre etc. Very comfy bed in Bed 1 and 2. Really clean fresh sheets and pillow cases and duvets. What we paid equated to £50 pp per night.. not bad when you got a whole house and yard in summer months. Great communication from host. Parking an issue , great when it was available. Great hot water. Good value for what we paid.

Was as clean as it could be , given that the kitchen units have seen better days. Windows need a clean outside. Weeds in yard, dreadful smelly futon as sofa which had blanket over it that needed washing and stuffing collapsed so can't sit in it easily. Quiet neighbours considering how built up area is. Parking is an issue.. neighbours fed up and cones put out to stop parking in 'their' spot. No plug in kitchen sink .. nightmare washing up and waste of water. Not suitable for immobile or folks with restricted mobility as stairs up to door, stairs to bathroom and bedrooms and a very large step down into the bathroom.

Lack of parking

Everything around the area close by shops and things. The lady next door so so nice too:)
