wunderbarer Altbau, tolle Lage, Aldi und Lidl in der Nähe. Kaffee zur freien Entnahme, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Wegen Fliesenboden in der Küche würde ich die Mitnahme von Hausschuhen oder warmen Socken empfehlen.
