Ja, die Lage.

Finger weg. Dunkel, muffig, feucht. Wohnung ist im Keller. Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und haben nur Minifenster, wo Luft aus einem Schacht kommt. Lüften ist nicht möglich. Es ist erdrückend und wirklich grauenvoll. Zum Frühstück gab es nur Zucker, aber das ist ja fast normal. Nie wieder. Zum Glück waren wir nur auf der Durchreise. Die Fotos sind auch irreführend. Man darf den Garten zwar mit nutzen, aber wie gesagt, die Wohnung ist im Keller.

Appartamento grandissimo con ogni comfort. Silenzioso, comodo e pulitissimo. Cucina fornita di ogni accessorio. Colazione ottima anche con dolce fatto in casa. Parcheggio privato con cancello chiuso. Cordialissima e premurosa la proprietaria. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La proprietaria gentilissima e premurosa. Ambienti molto spaziosi, il bigliardo a disposizione è una chicca.

"Gentilezza e disponibilità"

L'alloggio si trova in una grande taverna dotata di tutti i servizi. C'è anche un tavolo da biliardo per sfide serali. La buona colazione viene servita al piano superiore. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'auto può essere posteggiata all'interno della struttura che si trova comunque in una zona assai tranquilla e residenziale a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Grottaferrata.

Il materasso del letto matrimoniale sarebbe da cambiare.

"Wonderful"

Laura's house was perfect for our family, so much space, welcome to use the garden, trampoline and pool too. A delightful breakfast each morning. Location was perfect, we had a car, visited Rome (parking up 20 minutes away) at the metro station, also Frascati and Lake Albano. Lots of amenities near by. Laura's hospitality was 5 stars, even though we speak little Italian she ensured we were supported during our stay.

La signora Laura è stata molto accogliente. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e ben attrezzati. Zona consigliata per visitare i castelli romani e Roma. Parcheggio disponibile internamente.

Apartament znajduje się w przerobionej piwnicy. Wilgoć i stęchlizna. Brak okien. Może jest dobry na upalne dni, ale jesienią nie nadaje się do zamieszkania. Jest, co prawda ogromny, ale nie jest funkcjonalny. Do tego ogromny agresywny pies gospodarzy. Cena też nie jest adekwatna. Nie polecam
