"Not worth it, it looks good but it is barely ok."

That it is rather close to city center.

The walls were exfoliating from too much moisture, no heating except for AC, which makes noise. A lot of flies from the sewage. Noise from the restaurant next door. The room is connected to another room by a closed door, the neighbors were very loud, you can hear everything through the walls.
