Comodo per raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse di Livorno e vicino al porto se si deve prendere un traghetto.

Necessaria una zanzariera alla finestra o un climatizzatore che permetta cosi di chiudere gli infissi e poter dormire senza il fastidio delle punture di insetti di vario tipo. Infissi oscuranti non utilizzabili perché fatiscenti. Bagno senza bidet.
